I can't sign in

On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password. We email you a link; open it, choose a new password, then sign in in the app. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your junk folder.

I didn't get my verification code

Codes arrive within a minute or two. Check your junk folder, then tap Resend code. Still nothing? Email us from the address you signed up with.

How do I change my name, contact number or photo?

In the app: You → Edit profile.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: You → Delete my account. It happens straight away. Without the app, see admin.iamgr8.co.uk/delete-account. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it first.

GR8 Plus subscription

What does GR8 Plus include?

No daily limit on missions and no daily limit on messages to MAC. GR8 Free includes two new missions a day and ten messages to MAC a day.

How much does it cost?

In the UK, £9.99 a month or £99.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers where offered. The price is always shown before you buy.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

In the app: You → Subscription, which opens your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Or open them directly:

Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You keep GR8 Plus until the end of the period you have paid for.

How do I get a refund?

Subscriptions are sold by Apple or Google, so refunds are handled by them: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google through Google Play. We cannot issue store refunds ourselves.

I paid but GR8 Plus hasn't switched on

Open You → Upgrade to GR8 Plus and tap Restore purchases. If it still shows GR8 Free after a few minutes, email us with the date of purchase.

MAC, your AI coach

What is MAC?

MAC is an accountability coach whose replies are written by Claude, an artificial intelligence made by Anthropic. The app asks your permission before MAC is used, and you can switch it off at any time under You → Settings → MAC's AI replies.

Why can't my child use MAC?

If you are under 16, a parent or guardian must agree first. Your child can enter your email address in the MAC tab; you'll receive a link explaining what MAC does with their information, and MAC switches on only if you agree. Everything else in the app works straight away.

MAC isn't replying

On GR8 Free you can send ten messages a day; the count resets the next day. If MAC says it is unavailable, please try again later.
