Her passion for helping students who were being let down by traditional systems led her to create Reactiv8, a organisation designed to re-engage and empower young people through tailored coaching and experiential learning the organisation quickly grew from young people to working with adults and a big scale with great business growth. Her mission was clear: to reach those who needed a new path—and give them the tools to walk it with confidence. Conroy – High-Energy Mentor with a Sporting Edge With a background in sports Business Coaching and Youth Mentorship, Conroy brought a dynamic energy and unwavering dedication to the vision. He joined Michelle over a decade ago, sharing a deep-rooted passion for helping young men navigate away from negative influences and towards purpose-driven futures. His approach blends discipline, empathy, and motivational power, resonating strongly with both individuals and groups.
